This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TrailPole Pro ("we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you") regarding your use of our website and purchase of hiking poles. 1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Your use of our website and placement of orders constitute your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, including any updates we may make. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice, and continued use after changes confirms your acceptance .
  • This Agreement applies to all transactions on our website, with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method .

2. Product Information

  • All hiking pole descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided in good faith. We strive for accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors (e.g., pricing, stock) and notify you before fulfilling the order .
  • Product prices include all applicable taxes, delivery fees, and surcharges. No hidden costs will be added at delivery .
  • We guarantee all products meet EU safety and quality standards, with clear warranty terms stated on individual product pages .

3. Orders & Delivery

  • When you place an order, you submit a binding offer. We will send an order confirmation email with details (product, price, delivery time) within 24 hours .
  • We typically ship orders within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days to EU countries. We will provide a tracking number for order monitoring .
  • You must provide accurate delivery information (name, address, phone number). We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information .
  • Upon delivery, you must inspect the package for damage. Visible damage should be noted with the delivery driver before acceptance .

4. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD is our exclusive payment method. You pay the delivery driver in cash or via contactless card upon receiving the order .
  • No additional fees apply to COD transactions. The amount paid at delivery matches the total in your order confirmation .
  • If you refuse to pay or accept the order without valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost .

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You bear the return shipping cost .
  • For defective or misrepresented products, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement .
  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items .
  • Used products, missing accessories, or items without original packaging are ineligible for refunds .

  • We collect only necessary personal information (name, address, contact details) to process orders and deliver products .
  • Your data is stored on encrypted servers and will not be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes or legal requirements .

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs delays) but will notify you promptly .

  • This Agreement is governed by EU law and the laws of your country of residence .
  • Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, you may submit to the competent court in your place of residence .
